Diamond Willow Corporate Retreat Calgary

Diamond Willow was located, designed and built with hosting retreats in mind. Meeting spaces include the large studio that can be set up in boardroom or classroom style, the living room with stone fireplace and leather sofas, the recreation room with TV and sound system, or the great outdoors. Wi-Fi, flip chart, projector, screen, TV and DVD are all available.

Wholesome and delicious meals are provided along with snacks and coffee throughout the day. Meals are shared in the large country kitchen overlooking Lineham Creek, or outside on the deck weather-permitting. Dietary concerns are taken into consideration to personalize each retreat. We are a licensed facility and provide beer and wine with meals for an additional charge.

Luxurious, comfortable accommodations for twelve (shared) are set in 5 bedrooms. Our rooms are named after natural growth found on our land. The Wild Rose has a queen sized bed, full ensuite and private access to the walkout deck. Silver Willow and Red Willow each have two single beds and full ensuites. The Shooting Star has a double bed; the full bathroom is just across the hall. The Juniper is the large room above the studio and can sleep 4 in single beds. The private bath is complete with a large jetted bathtub as well as a shower. This room has private access.

If your group is larger than this, or if some prefer not to share, we work closely with neighbouring B&Bs that could be available to ensure your group has a successful experience.

Our Rates

Full use of facilities $250 per day, includes coffee breaks and snacks.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner $65/person/day
Overnight accommodation is $115/person/night based on shared occupancy. Overnight accommodations for singles is $175/person/night.
